Experience
Over time, we have managed various real-estate investment projects. Below is a short selection of representative projects from our current portfolio:
Residential development of over 24m EUR investment value. Work began in 2004 and the project will be completed in mid-2007. The land occupied is over 110.000 sqm; the project is made up of over 300 villas.
Location: Oradea.
Residential compound of over 17m EUR investment value. The land occupied is over 63.500 sqm, and the number of living quarters is over 280.
Location: Ploiesti.
Luxury housing development, occupying 20.000 sqm. Work began in 2004, and the project will be completed in 2007.
Location: Oradea
Residential development made up of over 150 villas. The project includes a commercial gallery and other leisure facilities. Work will be completed in 2006.
Location: Constanta
Office building, A class; main building total area: over 15.000 sqm. The project includes the main office building and parking spaces, both below and above ground.
